The Hitbot Z-ECG-10 is a self-centering 3-finger electric gripper designed for high-precision industrial automation applications, especially for handling cylindrical parts and delicate components. Its automatic centering system provides greater stability and accuracy during gripping operations.
The gripper features a recommended payload capacity of up to 0.2 kg, a lightweight 0.5 kg body and a maximum adjustable stroke of 10 mm. Its gripping force is adjustable from 3 to 10 N, allowing safe handling of small and sensitive parts.
With ±0.03 mm repeatability and a linear guide motion system combined with a precision planetary reducer, the Z-ECG-10 delivers excellent performance in applications that require consistent positioning and continuous operation.
The model includes an integrated controller, Modbus RTU (RS-485) and I/O communication, as well as intelligent functions such as object drop detection and precise force, position and speed control. Its compact structure allows easy integration with robotic arms, cobots and automated systems.
