The Zimmer SWM1035 is a slim, space‑saving angular pivot unit designed for efficient integration along gantry axes and automated loading systems. With a defined 90° swivel angle and ±3° adjustability, the module offers highly accurate positioning supported by repeatability of ±0.01°. Its robust construction delivers reliable torque performance across the full swivel range and ensures stable operation even under continuous cycling.

Engineered for long‑term industrial use, the SWM1035 achieves up to 10 million maintenance‑free cycles thanks to its durable pneumatic design and high‑quality components. The large mounting flange simplifies downstream tool attachment, while the integrated speed‑control valve supports controlled, smooth swivel motion. Operating from 3–8 bar, the module enables quick 0.3‑second swivel movements for dynamic automation.
