The EPSON ProSix VT6-A901S-DC is a compact 6-axis industrial robot with a reach of 920 mm and a payload capacity of up to 6 kg. With repeatability of ±0.1 mm, it’s ideal for precise pick & place, assembly, and inspection tasks. Designed with a “just enough” philosophy, it offers a space-saving, cost-effective solution with minimal maintenance.
Its key feature: the robot supports direct DC power input, such as from automated guided vehicle (AGV) batteries, eliminating the need for a DC/AC converter. Control is handled via the built-in controller and programmed using Epson’s powerful RC+ software, which includes simulation tools and GUI builder.
Typical applications include machine tending, quality inspection, material handling, and mobile robotics. With flexible mounting options (wall, ceiling, pedestal) and simplified cabling via the hollow end-of-arm design, the VT6-A901S-DC integrates easily into existing automation systems.
